Gentlemen, You probably don't remember me and my son, but we were customers of yours back in June of 2007. My son was in Kansas City for training to be deployed to Iraq (where he is now). While we were there, the transmission on our van was acting up. You were gracious enough to squeeze in the testing of the transmission into your schedule, on a weekend no less. On top of this, you gave me a diagnosis of the problem and how to deal with it to get back to Northern Illinois. You could have easily taken advantage of our being from out of town on a weekend, but you did not. And for that, I am very grateful.
